For Cruise-Mate to work on your bike it MUST have the control assembly shown below. The throttle cables must enter the housing at the bottom as shown below, your grip MUST have a metal ring around adjacent to the housing with a flat surface for Cruise-Mate to contact and the screw that holds the cable retainer has to be centered between the two cables.
